- Coordinate specific projects, making detailed plans and timelines to accomplish milestones and directing the workflow.
- Comfortable working w/ data and turning it into insights.
- Manage program inquiries & various communications regarding DEI Strategy and Planning.
- Own coordination between the DEI team and engineers re: Dashboard bugs and fixes.
- Ability to analyze data and identify themes and outcomes.
- Coordinate project events/logistics.
- Act as liaison between internal teams for reviewing and partnering to drive the implementation of diversity initiatives.
- Draft and review messaging and communications from a diversity and inclusion point of view.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Comfortable working independently w/ limited supervision.
- Ability to take on projects from inception to completion and hit key milestones with a focus on highlighting risks.
- Strong Communication writing and review skills.
- Comfortable and experienced with presenting to senior leadership.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes and maximize the adoption of new ideas, tools, and practices.
- Knowledge and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities.
- Operational excellence and exceptional organizational skills with an eye for developing processes and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Google Programs, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of project/program management experience, driving complex projects against KPIs to completion and leading cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of demonstrated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion experience, with a focus on talent management of underrepresented talent.
- Proven skills in a creative approach to solving problems, and confidence in drafting communications.
