- Drive product marketing strategy and oversee 2 teams: Brand/Category Management and Social Media
- Drive and develop ambitious product marketing plans from beginning to end for both short and long-term business objectives
- Build best-in-class strategy driven by acute data, insights and analysis of the marketplace
- Liaise with teams to create world-class 360 activations, including partnership with retail, channel, education and coordination with operations and PD to ensure a seamless execution of product marketing strategy to market.
- Oversee Brand Managers to ensure consistent understanding of marketplace, competitive landscape and health of business. Reflect the understanding in the strategy built across channels
- Monitor and manage marketing expenses and budget with extreme attention-to-detail. Must have the foresight to switch gears and make real-time decisions to shift dollars in order to do what's best for the business in the moment and in the future to drive the business.
- Work with product development and craft innovative claims to bring new and core product marketing storytelling to life, setting our products up for success and apart from the rest
- Partner with supply team to ensure inventory levels and forecasts are in a healthy state to reflect marketing initiatives
- Brief and create integrated storytelling assets, visuals, videos and copy while ensuring content meets brand DNA
- Build new product briefs crafted from deep-rooted understanding of the brand and market's needs
- Drive overarching social strategy for brand, partner, retailer and founder's channel to communicate marketing strategy to existing and new audiences that drive engagement, awareness, social team KPI's and sales.
- Keep a thumb on social trends and be tapped into the conversations happening across all the different platforms to help drive strategic thinking of the social team
- Collaborate with brand social media team, founder's team and art directors
- Ensure brand DNA is maintained through visuals and copy
- Maintain a taste-maker's and elevated lens for social content
- An exciting marketer that gets beauty with proven experience driving sales growth and product/brand awareness through strategic and above average initiatives
- You are in tune and follow the trends, influencers, and brands to be able to push the conversation forward in the industry
- Experience working with Sephora a plus
- Founder experience a plus
- Be a high energy go-getter, who's got a positive, friendly attitude
- Strong work ethic with exceptional project management & organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
- Well-versed in social media platforms and have a deep understanding of platform tools (ex. TikTok and IG stories features, etc)
- Expertise in data analysis and market feedback, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions plan developments
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of Experience in Marketing and Social Media
- 5-7 years team leadership experience

We are looking for a beauty-obsessed and passionate marketer to drive the global product and brand marketing strategy of Haus Labs by Lady Gaga. The role reports into SVP, Marketing.
