**Job Summary**

**We are looking for dynamic Cleaners to join our dedicated team in the far western suburbs of Chicago**

The Day Cleaner/ Porter is responsible for keeping the facilities clean. + Dust furniture, walls, and office equipment.

+ Gather and empty trash and recycling.

+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy.

+ Clean debris empty exterior trash cans.

+ Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

+ Perform all other janitorial duties according to property requirements.

**Physical Elements**

+ Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.

**Requirements**

years experience in janitorial / cleaning

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
