Job summary
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Grand Prix Subaru. The successful candidate will bring a high level of service and skill to the role.The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Service Advisor, with at least 1 year in a dealership setting. They should be able to schedule service appointments, greet customers promptly and courteously, conduct test drives and provide comprehensive written cost estimates for labor and parts.
The role also involves securing customer signatures on repair orders, notifying the dispatcher of incoming work and monitoring repair progress throughout the day.,
