Job DescriptionDescription:

In the role of Install Specialist, you will serve as the escalation point for all concerns surrounding the setup of new accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass managing various workflows such as case/task handling, email correspondence, chat assistance, telephone communication, and callback requests, not only for yourself but also for your team. Additionally, your duties will include conducting research, generating documentation, and escalating issues in a precise and articulate manner.

Responsibilities

Hardware – Setup, Installation, and Configuration of Terminals and Pin-pads.
Software – Configuring Gateways and Point of Sale systems.
Support, troubleshooting, and reprogramming of current hardware and software.
Acquiring knowledge of installations across various sectors like Retail, Restaurant, MOTO, Internet, and Lodging.
Familiarizing oneself with our proprietary products and management systems such as Zeamster and OvationCXM.
Scheduling, coordinating, and executing conversions for a wide array of integrated systems.
Resolving intricate problems that necessitate comprehensive analysis and data collection.
Creating and using documentation to resolve basic and intricate installation issues for our Merchants, Partners, Agents, and internal support teams.
Mastering our back-end processing systems like North-Nashville, Omaha-Nashville, TSYS, and Elavon. Then employing your critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot our front-end technologies with these back-end fundamentals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Capacity to deliver excellent Customer Service.
Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in merchant services is highly desirable, but not a prerequisite.
Ability to collaborate with team members across different functions.
Strong follow up and organizational skills.
