    About This Position:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Account Manager to join our talented team.

    As a Mid-Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted source of support, guidance, and counsel for both client and agency staff members.

    You will also be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, developing strategic marketing plans, ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns, while overseeing the performance and development of account personnel.

    Your expertise in marketing and advertising, combined with your strong interpersonal skills, will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and maximizing revenue growth.


    Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:


    Position performs work primarily in a seated or standing position working at a computer and using other standard office equipment.

    Position works primarily indoors in office setting within close quarters of other employees. High use of computer, keyboard, and multiple types of visual screens-typically eight hours per day.     Client Relationship Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients, understanding their business objectives and driving long-term partnerships.

    Understand client requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions advantageous for both agency and client(s).Collaborate and manage internal teams to meet client expectations and ensure seamless delivery of projects, address client concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


    Strategic Planning and Business Development:

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals, utilizing a deep understanding of their industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.

    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

    Proactively identify new business prospects within existing accounts and participate in new business development initiatives, including pitching and proposal creation.


    Campaign Oversight and Performance:

    Provide strategic direction and oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and assets that resonate with target audiences. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and achieving desired outcomes.


    Financial Management:
    Collaborate with clients to establish campaign budgets and financial parameters, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets. Monitor campaign expenses and revenues, providing accurate financial forecasts and regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct periodic financial reviews, identify areas for cost optimization or revenue growth, and implement appropriate strategies.


    Leadership and Team Management:
    Establish goals and objectives for all subordinate account team(s).

    Lead and inspire a team of account managers and other cross-functional team members, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

    Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing and advertising strategies.

    RequirementsQualifications & Skills Include (but aren't limited to): Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, business, or related field.

    Proven experience as an account manager or similar role within the marketing and advertising industry, with five years of marketing experience preferred.

    Agency marketing experience is preferred. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, advertising channels, and industry trends. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Working knowledge and experience managing contracts, contract negotiations, campaign budgets, and revenue targets. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding client expectations. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Strong attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and active-listening skills.
