Job summary
We re excited to announce the opening of 5 East a brand new 15 bed medical surgical unit providing acute care services to inpatients and observation patients.This unit specializes in General Medical Surgical Pulmonary and Medical Detox and may support patients requiring remote telemetry Our patient population includes adults aging adults and pediatric patients aged 14 and older.
- Provides and coordinates nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
- Completes documentation to assure an accurate record of patient s care.
- Utilizes critical thinking in making independent judgments and maintains responsibility for the knowledge of conditions of assigned patients.
