    Description

    We are looking for a

    results driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for overall store

    management, meet sales & profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    + Coach Mobile Associates in buildingrelationships with customers and ensure that each person has an unforgettableexperience.

    + Ensure that every need the customer has whencoming into the store is met before they leave, right fitting the solution andmaking expert recommendations, for a successful customer on-boarding process.

    + Train Mobile associates in using store systemsto support the Customer Experience, including the Point of Sale and CustomerAccount.

    + Hire, train and develop a team of effective MobileAssociates; make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of thebusiness.

    + Appraise employees to determine eligibility forpromotions or other status changes.

    + Utilize tools and resources to grow internaltalent to the next level.

    + Build skills and successes through continuedcoaching and performance assessment conversations.

    + Maintain a neat, clean, organized storeenvironment, always looking its best

    + Responsible for the overall productivity resultsin the store.

    + Drive operational efficiencies to help minimizerisk and protect the stores assets.

    + Deliver financial results based on keyperformance indicators.

    + Identify ways to manage and control store expenses

    **Key Qualifications**

    + 5 years of Retail Sales Experience

    + Performance-proven sales background including 3+years of retail management experience with a customer focused retailer

    + Experience in carrier sales preferred

    + Consultative sales and sales management infields involving consumer technology along with an established record of highpersonal performance.

    + Operational and performance management

    + Ability to lead and coach to deliver salesresults.

    + Ability to utilize T-Mobile values to deliverresults and make business decisions when operating the store.

    + High School Diploma/GED required
