    What You Will Be Doing:

    We are recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be reporting to the Director of Conversion Marketing and working with the marketing team and across the company to accomplish product marketing objectives for both our B2B and B2C businesses. You will be a collaborative partner with the product and sales teams and provide them with relevant marketing insights as well as helping educate the company and the community on the value of CrashPlan. You will work closely with the sales team, listening to their needs and responding accordingly.

    Day In The Life:

    • Product Evangelism - Act as a key thought leader and serve as a product evangelist through content designed to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
    • Competitive Research - Monitor the existing competitor landscape and stay up-to-date on market trends as they relate to CrashPlan and use this information to influence content strategy and overall planning.
    • Content Creation - Create compelling content that resonates with target ICPs and personas, clearly conveys the unique value of CrashPlan, and is designed to meet them where they are in each phase of their buying journey.
    • Sales and Support Enablement - work closely with marketing and sales to meet the collateral needs for the sales team and ensure they have the resources needed to successfully facilitate the buyer journey. Train them on new messaging, competitive
    • Messaging & Positioning - Conduct regular win-loss analysis and be the expert on target buyers to help craft and optimize messaging to support other content creation (website, sales, etc.).

    Who You Are:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, technology or a related field
    • 2+ years working in a product marketing or related role
    • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail
    • A passion for and general understanding of the value of backup and recovery or cybersecurity
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating inter- and intra-departmental projects

    The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
