Premier is a leader in the roof restoration industry, with new and established offices across the US

• Weekly onboarding pay during the 6-week coaching period
• Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Effectively close sales in your territory
• Work a 40-hr flexible schedule to meet with homeowners
• First year Sales Rep estimated earnings $50,000-$130,000
• Commissions paid weekly
• Additional weekly onboard pay during 6 weeks coaching period
• Travel Opportunities_Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates can be sent to other branches with recent storm damage
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year sales experience, D2D, retail, customer service
• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
