    We're seeking a Laundry Attendant for our Laundromat.

    Current Shift Need:

    Schedule 1: Friday - Sunday, 3pm - 11pm (Part Time)

    About the Role

    This position will be located at our facility and is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people.

    As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet English and Spanish speaking customers and guests. Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
    • Become a laundromat expert who can troubleshoot any issues with our machines.
    • Sell laundry supplies and maintain the front desk to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
    • Wash, dry, and fold laundry for drop-off customer orders using the 2ULaundry method.

    Requirements

    • Previous customer-facing customer service experience is preferred.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
    • Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus.
    • A positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to stand for 6-8 hours during a shift.
