Seeking a Coordinator, Nursing to manage and coordinate patient care deliverywithin assigned units, taking responsibility for policy recommendation,development, and implementation. Collaborating with the unit staff and themulti-disciplinary team, the Coordinator maintains operational aspects of thepatient care unit. Demonstrating knowledge of current nursing practice andsupervisory techniques, the Coordinator ensures effective patient care,employee relations, and fiscal management.

Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000
Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN),required.
Master's Degree in nursing or related field,preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of satisfactoryclinical experience.
Licensed and currently registered as aprofessional nurse in New York State.
