    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Performance Marketing Data & CRM team. This role supports internal teams and our clients with marketing analytics, implementation, and optimization efforts. You will use a variety of platforms and techniques to uncover and deliver actionable insights – through website, media, owned marketing, and other valuable business data sets. You will be a key player in our client advancement with artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

    • Scoping & deploying digital measurement & intelligent creative testing strategies to set clients up for success from the start
    • Running profitability analysis for e-commerce brands to help understand the true dollar contribution of marketing efforts
    • Contributing to performance branding ecosystem audits for current and prospective clients to help uncover critical business gaps and opportunities
    • Analyzing the performance of media, website, e-commerce, and customer data programs to help optimize, recommend, and plan for future campaign iterations
    • Diagnosing website user experiences and doing conversion rate optimization
    • Writing data stories tailored to internal and client stakeholders to effectively communicate context, impacts, and recommendations. This is not a backseat role – you will have the autonomy to work with client stakeholders.
    • Working with artificial intelligence (AI) and modeling tools to help accelerate our speed to insight

    Experience Qualifications

    • 4-year Bachelor's Degree required
    • 2 – 5 years in a similar role
    • Working with large data sets and formulas in Excel
    • Working with website analytics & tracking tools – Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Google Analytics (UA, GA4)
    • Writing SQL queries to access & wrangle data in databases
    • Previous analysis with digital marketing channels (e.g. social, programmatic, search) and digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
    • Basic understanding of website (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript) & e-commerce (e.g. Shopify) concepts

    Bonus Qualifications

    • Experience with Python programming language and desire to use it for data transformation and programmatic analysis
    • Analysis on CRM, customer data platforms, and owned marketing channels (email, SMS)
    • Experience working with marketing and customer modeling - predictive, mixed media, or data-driven attribution
    • Contributions to search engine optimization (SEO) analysis projects

    Morning Walk offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, as well as PTO and paid holidays. We have offices in Milwaukee's Third Ward and downtown Chicago.

    This is for a hybrid role. You have the option to work remotely 2 days a week (Tues./Thurs.) Our team loves to collaborate in person out of our Milwaukee or Chicago office for the other 3 days (Mon./Weds./Fri.)
