    Job Description

    Business Process Analyst's primary function is to become the subject matter expert on all Order Management Processes to support Order Management ("OM") Lifecycle activities, in partnership with Lead Business Process Manager

    Develop and Maintain Process Documentation and Process Maps across the span of Order Lifecycle activities including Global OM Products, Geo, and local application landscape

    Develop work product Deliverables to enable successful Product delivery

    Conduct and deliver impact analysis to OM processes and Global Products for first launch development and future releases

    Track successful completion of Deliverables to meet project timelines and develop risk mitigation to support the project team activities

    Support training activities and support for smoother transition and business enablement for Marketplace Activation in the North America, EMEA, and APLA geographies

    Support Product Solution Confirmation with current state market research and business prioritization

    Support end user engagement for Product Delivery support inclusive of training

    Support Product Delivery Hypercare and business support needs

    Skills and Requirements

    Minimum 5 years of enterprise experience in Business Process Analysis

    Highly experienced in Process Architecture and Process Documentation

    Well versed with Process Documentation tools (Visio, Lucid Charts, iGrafx) and willingness to explore and maximize tool functionality

    Curious, investigative, and never afraid to ask questions

    Skilled in drawing detailed information out of business partners and creating reusable and maintainable frameworks

    Passion for storytelling and ability to look at existing processes from a high level and detailed "in the weeds" view Experience or exposure to end-to-end Order Management, Order Creation and/or Order Capability processes on past projects/ programs
