About the Job

We are looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to be part of our team.

JOIN OUR TEAM OF 5 STAR CAREGIVERS IN Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee Counties.

Our expanding Concierge Care of Tampa Office is currently hiring and offering competitive rates for compassionate and dedicated HHA's and CNA's. The responsibilities include providing personal care services to meet the needs of the patients. Additionally, observing and reporting patient conditions are crucial aspects of the role, ensuring quality and safety in patient care.

Responsibilities:

Personal care services such as baths, back rubs, and oral hygiene
Assisting with dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs
Maintaining cleanliness of patient's living area
Preparation of light meals and assistance with feeding
Supporting patient's mobility and exercise routines
Performing simple procedures ordered by healthcare professionals
Laundry and light housekeeping duties
Ensuring patient safety and proper equipment use
Reporting patient conditions and changes

Requirements:

Meet CNA or HHA training requirements as per State and Federal laws
Minimum 18 years of age
Ability to follow instructions and document care
Empathetic and patient with patients' needs
Current CPR certification
Compassionate, patient, and good interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide

State Requirements:

CNA license or HHA certificate from an accredited school
Current CPR Card (American Heart Assoc. or Red Cross)
Health Physical with Free of Communicable Disease statement
Negative TB Test
Background Check with Fingerprints
Additional certifications in Alzheimer's, HIV/Aids, and medication administration

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Professional Liability Insurance
