    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

    Mandatory:

    Lead the end-to-end implementation of Icertis Contract Management (ICM) software, ensuring successful deployment within specified timelines and budget.

    Manage and guide a team of implementation specialists, providing mentorship, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, legal teams, procurement teams, and other relevant departments, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with the ICM solution.

    Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies, including project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management processes. Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of contract data from legacy systems to ICMManage vendor relationships, including Icertis and other third-party providers, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

    Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ICM implementation, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management..Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users on ICM functionality, best practices, and system maintenance
