- Produce accurate and timely engineering calculations
- Design of electrical schematics, real time PC- and PLC- based control/test system on new or existing equipment.
- Programming of C/C++, Visual Basic, and PLC
- Supporting ongoing operation, troubleshooting, and resolving emergencies.
- Organizing and maintaining information on plant system/instruments and improvement programs
- Manage budget, schedule, subcontractors and internal personnel on projects
- Documentation and training.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in design of control systems and maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, Visual Basic, C language and AutoCAD.
- Good communications and organization skills.
- Ability to operate in confined spaces, or in dirty, wet, cold or hot conditions for extended periods.
- Understanding of NEC code and NFPA, and hydraulic drawings.
- Proficient with use of computer applications
