McLaughlin Research Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Logisticianto support a contract with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island
The successful candidate will be part of a team that enables the conceptualization, modernization, and maintenance of systems that ensure our Navy's undersea superiority
The Logistician will integrate the spectrum of product support elements throughout a product's lifecycle

Position responsibilities:

• Managing the integrated product support process
• Developing recommendations for product support policies, procedures, systems, implementation guidance.
• Preparing and recommending implementation of directives to ensure effective product support, and ensuring that the assigned workforce is properly trained and equipped
• Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with product life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings of multi-disciplinary teams Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university
• Seven (7) years of experience in integrated Product Support.
• Experience working on integrated process teams or other multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent oral and written communications, analytical, and organizational skills
• A U.S

citizen and have eligibility for a security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active SECRET security clearance is a plus
• Formal training in one or more integrated product support elements is a plus
• Experience working with the Department of the Navy is a plus
• Knowledge of Navy ERP is a plus
