Job Summary
Soleo Health is seeking a Full Time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Atlanta, GA and immediate surrounding area.The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
