    LHH is assisting our Woodland Park, NJ client in their search for a temp to perm Junior Accountant. This is a fully onsite position.

    Job Overview:

    • Customer Cash Application-Lockbox & Wires
    • Creating Deduction / Chargebacks
    • Apply AR adjustments- Credit & write Offs
    • Apply Key-offs
      Coding vendor invoices
    • Processing vendor invoices(Trade and Non Trade invoices)
    • Coding & Process Travel & Entertainment reports
    • Processing vendor Payments(Check Payment)
    • Making Journal Entries
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Other Duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
    • 1+ year of AP and AR experience
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Detail oriented
    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

    Pay Rate: $24/hr-$26/hr

    Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
