Under the direction of the Child Nutrition Manager-Alejandrina Romero, prepare, cooks and serve food in quantity for multiple choice menus, following standardized recipes and menu planning work sheets as required by the school nutrition programs; prepares and cooks main dishes, salads, fruit and vegetables; assembles salad bar ingredients for meals to be distributed at school site or transported to serving sites; maintain the kitchen, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition; inventory supplies and food in stock, assist with the orders of food and supplies.
