    Key Areas of Responsibility
    • Liaison between state agencies and STMS team
    • Provide technical recommendations to meet user needs, including FLAIR to PALM transition
    • Assist with requirements, business process redesign, documentation, training
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Expert knowledge of Clients travel policies and travel management system capabilities
    • Experience in requirements gathering and transitioning between major system interfaces
    • Strong communication, analysis, and training skills
