    Winston is seeking an experienced Locum Tenens Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare recruiting, with a specific focus on locum tenens placements. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in temporary assignments across various specialties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified locum tenens candidates.

    · Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of potential candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and are a good fit for the client's needs.

    · Maintain and build relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals and preferences.

    · Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities.

    · Negotiate contract terms, including compensation and assignment details, on behalf of candidates and clients.

    · Assist with the credentialing and onboarding process to ensure candidates are ready for their assignments.

    · Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on locum tenens placements.

    · Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and locum tenens market.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

    · Proficient in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.

    · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
