    Salary:
    $100,000

    Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Matching 401k, PTO Hybrid-remote Flexibility Strong support: dedicated legal assistant support plus paralegals within the practice group Advancement: path to shareholder status based on years and billable goals, with potential board opportunities Job Details Handle matters across corporate business disputes, general civil litigation, and municipal/local government representation Appear in Pennsylvania courts (Common Pleas and Magisterial District), including preliminary hearings, motion practice, and bench trials Support jury trials and trial preparation as needed Draft pleadings, briefs, and pre-trial/dispositive motions; manage discovery and case deadlines Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex civil litigation issues Participate in settlement strategy and negotiations with opposing counsel

    Looking For:
    J.D.

    and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania 1-4+ years of litigation experience; experience with corporate/commercial, municipal, and/or courtroom practice is a plus
