Job summary

Supports all functions in the development of appropriate safety policies protocols standard operating procedures SOP and job hazard assessments JHA Maintains work areas and equipment including personal protective equipment PPE in a neat and tidy condition and in good working order Wears PPE appropriate for the nature of work being performed at all times Attends daily toolbox meetings health and safety operational planning sessions with site management Supports appropriate health and safety personnel in the development of policies procedures Acts as a representative of the company as necessary or appropriate for any relevant agency inspections interactions Duties The duties of the Intermediate Document Controller will include but not be limited to administering formal document transmittals incoming outgoing ensuring completeness correct status distribution auditability SCP transmittal procedures processing document number requests internal contractor Processing document information requests internal contractor Uploading indexing maintaining electronic project documentation DMS accurate metadata population Supporting control document status lifecycle e g IFR IFI IFC As Built correct status assignment revision control superseding voiding SCP document control procedures Assisting reconciliation audit clean up maintenance technical libraries ensuring metadata accurate proper revisioning superseding voiding revisions followed Supporting document control audits readiness reviews compliance checks responding audit queries supporting corrective actions related onsite project team questions processes basics SharePoint tasks pending tasks Working Document Control Manager onsite project team coordinating facilitating construction quality records turnover contractors Supporting execution current approved documents available site teams obsolete superseded documents removed active use Should project decide make hard copy paper reference library Provide support filing locating documentation receive track file hard copy turnover records construction contractors This role does not approve technical content operates only processing capacity delegated authority Required Minimum three five years experience working documentary position major capital project High School diploma equivalent additional certification Administration Records Management Data Entry appreciated asset Experience engineering vendor documents drawings Additional experience managing filing project turnover documentation construction deliverables would considered asset Attention detail understanding following enforcing processes expected prioritize requests meeting schedule deadlines Fluent reading writing English strong communication skills both written verbal Diversity Ivanhoe Electric equal opportunity employer recognizes value diverse workforce All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration employment objective criteria regard race color age religion gender national origin disability sexual orientation gender identity other characteristics governing laws Company offers professional entrepreneurial office environment opportunity work grow talented colleagues Competitive compensation employee benefits package Please forward resume cover letter salary expectations references Human Resources.
