    Description

    The role of the Career Coordinator is to provide support to the outplacement team through the administration and coordination of Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) processes and procedures. The main responsibilities of this position are to manage the integrity of these systems to ensure quality and compliance.

    Essential Job Function:

    • Assist coaches and team leads on both individual and group projects.
    • Effectively utilize the outplacement dashboard for overseeing job postings, participant engagement, and managing partner employer logins.
    • Greet and welcome career center visitors with a courteous demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Support recruiters in managing the talent database, including maintaining contact information and skills lists of candidates.
    • Assist with coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for participants and employer partners.
    • Serve as a liaison between visitors, callers, and internal staff. Relay messages accurately and efficiently.
    • Aid the sales team in candidate marketing initiatives
    • ??Contribute to resume writing efforts.
    • Schedule training sessions and update participant tracking in the database.
    • Actively participate in and coordinate job fairs sponsored by HTI and clients.
    • Prepare regular reports for internal and client leaders to assess the effectiveness of career transition services.
    • Assist individuals in accessing outplacement resources, including job placement services, training programs, and support networks. Stay informed about industry-specific trends and requirements.
    • Perform other duties as necessary to support the team.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to work with a large group and take direction from multiple contacts.
    • Ability to monitor a process and communicate discrepancies to individuals and groups.
    • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Flexible and willing to actively engage in projects supporting organizational goals.
    • Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people.

    Education and Experience:

    • HS Diploma. Prefer BS or BA.
    • Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
    • Must be proficient in use of the Internet.
