    The salary for this position is $110, $120,000 annually.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Manages multiple, complex projects from planning through delivery simultaneously. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders and escalates to executive-level sponsors as appropriate. Build and maintain relationships/ internally and with our partners CUSOs. Be part of consortium projects where the role may be primary PM or secondary in a consortium collaborative program/project.

    Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to recommend and develop mitigation plans. Keen problem-solving ability to identify what went wrong, find the cause of the problem, and the best solution to rectify the situation and get the project moving toward completion again.

    Strong leadership skills and understands how to motivate staff members, as well as how to provide meaningful instruction to staff members which can mean stronger overall performance on the project.

    Develop project management processes and procedures and be a champion within the organization. Mentor Project Managers and junior members of the project team. Ensures team adherence to said process and procedure including but not limited to confirming the project portfolio management system is updated appropriately by all.

    Assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, provides input for performance evaluation, and makes people management recommendations in collaboration with project team members' direct management.

    Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, PowerBI

    Certifications: A-CSPO Required.Preferred: PMP or equivalent (PMI-PBA, DAVSC, DAC, IIBA-CBAP, LSSGB, Prince2 Practitioner).

    Experience 5 years: Ability to adhere to established priorities yet pivot as change requires (required)
    5 years: Complete closing documentation, lessons learned, retrospectives and benefits realization. (required)
    5 years: Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and resolve any conflicts or impediments due to conflicting competing priorities. Is accountable for each stage of the project life cycle and final outcomes of the project, inspecting and evaluating the project progress through each stage gate. (required)
    5 years: Monitoring project progress ensuring stakeholders are engaged and provide regular updates. This also includes assisting in preparation of project health checks to be presented to project governance board. (required)
    5 years: Proficient with assisting project owners in developing their business cases, shepherding through governance processes. This includes impact assessments, tracking costs, resource allocations, vendor risk assessments, information security reviews and ensuring contracts are reviewed by appropriate legal team. (required)
    5 years: Demonstrated ability to run multiple, complex projects simultaneously. (required)
