    Our client has opted to do away with their 3rd party answering service and bringing it in house

    Role:

    The overflow calls from Florida and AZ will come to them and theyll be in charge of answering the phones and taking in orders

    Theyll need to fill out the order form and send it to the correct personnel

    Sending follow up emails regarding the orders/calls to the correct personnel

    They will be touching over 40-50 calls per day, calling providers and patients to schedule appts and transfers

    Skills:

    Customer service oriented

    Inbound calls,

    Spanish bilingual

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level
