- Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of PowerSteering software-based applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to server and software issues.
- Provides direct support through a ticketing system to application owners/government entities and related internal and external teams.
- Provides software training to end users, as well as permissions management, reports design, template construction, and vendor relations.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Windows web/systems administration experience required; configuration and troubleshooting experience with PowerSteering software required.
- Installation/configuration of web and application server software required.
- Troubleshooting of server/software issues required
- Knowledge of DISA STIGS and Security Policies desired
