- Serves as a senior operating loan specialist responsible for the execution of applicable Single-Family Housing Direct (SFHD) loan and grant
programs. - Fosters mutually beneficial arrangements with such groups to maximize Single Family Housing (SFH) program saturation, enhance community cohesiveness, and improve economic conditions in the area assigned.
- Processes difficult aspects of non-centralized post-acceleration actions/foreclosures and may participate in tribal foreclosures, as applicable.
- Administers the Single-Family Housing repair loan and grant program for an assigned area.
- Participates in program reviews/compliance audits, including developing/revising processes and procedures to correct deficiencies.
