Senior Project Manager, CEI

Job Description

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager - CEI to lead and manage CEI projects and pursuits in the Central Florida area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities Include

Lead efforts in building the local CEI practice with ability to recruit and grow the team.
Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Central/South Florida region.

Receives general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.

Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project.
Will be responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
General management and oversite of multiple CEI projects
Periodically reviews project schedule and progress on the projects managed.

Candidate Specification

We Invite Applications From Candidates With The Following Experience

Ideal candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience on CEI projects and programs.
Must have a Florida Professional Engineer license.

Be able to mentor and help develop Junior and Intermediate engineers and CEI personnel Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relations.

Strong written and oral communication skills and leading a team is very important for this role.
