    Oil City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs)

    Available Shifts:

    Full Time 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, occasional weekends

    What will you do as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

    • Help train and develop our nursing staff to provide competent and compassionate care to our patients
    • Provide direct nursing care to the residents
    • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
    • Interact and communicate with the family members of our residents in a patient and professional manner
    • Mentor and inspire each member of your unit team

    What you need as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

    • Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
