Amotec is currently supporting a search for a Credit and Collections Manager. Located northwest of Philadelphia, our client is an International, industry-leading manufacturer. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Manager to join their team. As a Credit and Collections Manager, you will lead and develop the credit and collections team while providing excellent customer service and create a sense of urgency. Credit and Collections Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and credit in B2B sales.
• Establish and enforce billing, collections, and credit policies.
• Handle lines of credit for domestic and international clients.
• Reduce account delinquency and improve DSO.
• Conduct daily risk assessments and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and approve special payment terms.
• Resolve collection issues through frequent client interaction.
• Maintain international bank relationships and facilitate payments.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and reconcile government billings.
• Oversee 2 accounts receivable direct reports.
• Enhance team communication and productivity in accounts receivable.

Credit and Collections Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in collections and billing.
• Experience with letters of credit and international credit risk mitigation tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Experience working in an ERP system required; familiarity with EPICOR preferred.
