    $200,000 – $350,000+

    Kyle Shull, our practice in North Columbia, MO has grown steadily thanks to a loyal patient base, a reputation for integrity, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

    We're known in the community for going the extra mile—for patients and for each other—and we're proud of that.
    As an associate, you won't be thrown into the deep end or left to figure things out alone. You'll receive mentorship with one-on-one check-ins, case reviews, and chairside coaching when needed. Dr. Shull is invested in your success. As you grow in experience or come in as a seasoned dentist, your collaboration with Dr. Shull and the entire team will be expected and valued.

    You'll have the tools to grow quickly, with access to high-level tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3D printing, in-house milling, and more), a strong new patient flow (70+ per month), and a diverse patient base that spans from blue-collar families to white-collar professionals.

    We're intentional about treating every patient with empathy and dignity, and we value your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.

    Even better? We're preparing for growth.

    A brand-new, ground-up facility is in the works, set to open tentatively in 2028 with 11 ops and even more space for expanded services.
