    Our Company
    We are Denver's premier manufacturer of window covering products including shades, blinds, and draperie. We fabricate our products at our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Arvada.

    Our customers are commercial general contractors, and we install for commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals and schools.

    The Position


    Our Project Managers report to the Department Head of Project Managers and are responsible for overseeing the completion of their assigned projects within estimated labor and material cost goals while achieving high customer satisfaction.


    Project managers principal duties are below:
    Attend pre-construction and project meetings.
    Review project contracts.
    Review and submit all necessary shop drawings and submittals.
    Visit the project site to confirm all the details outlined in the plans and specifications.
    Prepare takeoffs from approved submittals, construction documents etc.

    Maintain open and consistent communications with contractors, and field management to anticipate and resolve any issues that may impact the successful and timely completion of the project.

    Monitor all changes in the project, document and obtain approval for all change orders from clients.
    Upon completion of the project, compile and review the final cost accounting.
    Ensure that all work is completed to specification and meets the quality standards of Lutek and the customer.

    Requirements – What We are Looking For

    For the position of Senior Project Manager:

    Someone who has worked for several years in the commerical, not residential, construction industry as a project manager, ideally as an employee of a general contractor.

    Someone who is looking for a "home" with a small 50-employee private company.
    Lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.

    Understands the issues that typically arise with construction and is able to handle the pressure that typically arises with construction delays.

    Comfortable prioritizing needs based on tight timeframes and incomplete information due to changing circumstances.

    For the position of Assistant Project Manager:

    Someone who has experience as a project manager or a recent college graduate with a construction degree that is interested in learning.

    Someone who is looking for a "home" with a small 5-employee private company.
    Lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.

    $52,000.00
    $62,400.00

    Annual Salary

    $80,000.00
    $90,000.00

    Bonus Plan, earned and payable quarterly:

    Additional employee benefits include:
    401(k) plan with company match (after one year of employment).
    Work generally happens within the hours of 7am to 4pm. No significant overtime or travel.
    Health coverage for employee and 50% for dependents (the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment).
    Paid holidays (commencing after 90 days of employment).
    Eligible for summer Hours (i.e., Fridays off, 4 days 10 hours).
    5 PTO days a year for initial year of employment, increasing with length of employment.
    Eligible for Christmas Break time off generally December 24th through January 3rd.
    On site gym at Lutek.
    Casual dress code.
