Description

Our client, a leading financial software company, is looking for a project manager to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Plano, TX.

**This is a 6 month contract with the potential for extension or conversion**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Your core daily responsibilities will enable you to lead and manage Professional Services projects.
• The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for project implementations, intake of tasks that sales and customer success segment teams are requesting, customer success readiness, and change management/information sharing based on product/marketing changes.
• Ultimately, the Sales Professional Services Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in utilizing our product offerings.
• This role is an individual contributor partnering with the Sales and Customer Success ecosystem: Service Experience Design, L&D, Incident Management, Change Management as well as our outsourced partners who deliver the support experiences to our customers.
• You will also work with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Product
• Other responsibilities include coordinating project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
• Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree 3 + years experience in an equivalent field
• 2 + years experience in Project Management
• Problem Solving abilities
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience
