    We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at 2ULaundry, a dynamic Laundromat. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and helping them navigate our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet Customers and Provide Excellent Service
      • Welcome English and Spanish-speaking customers and guests, making sure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
    • Become a Laundromat Expert
      • Learn the ins-and-outs of our machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
    • Sell Laundry Supplies and Maintain a Clean Environment
      • Cover the front desk, keeping our laundromat clean and welcoming for all customers.
    • Wash, Dry, and Fold with Precision
      • Complete drop-off customer orders with attention to detail and care.

    Requirements:

    • Previous Customer-Facing Experience

      • Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus, but not necessary.
    • Positive Attitude and Problem-Solving Skills
      • You'll need to be able to think on your feet and solve problems with a positive attitude.
    • Physical Demands
      • Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts.
