This is a benefits specialist role responsible for leave management administration benefits administration payroll environmental weekly biweekly conducting benefits orientations explaining benefits self-enrollment system open enrollment liaison assisting in continuously improving HR Pay Benefits SOPs problem solver for associates in areas of benefits leaves employee relations human resource functions building maintaining Paycors learning management system assist HR quarterly performance management facilitation tracking maintain in depth knowledge legal requirements day-to-day management associates reducing legal risks ensuring regulatory compliance provides HR Policy guidance interpretation assist employees with benefits questions group health flexible spending accounts dental vision accident disability life insurance 401k wellness benefits provides advice assistance follow up company benefit policies procedures documentation maintains knowledge legal requirements government reporting regulations affecting Benefit HR functions ensures company compliance maintains confidentiality ensuring compliance data protection confidentiality laws tracking collecting benefit premium arrearages employees leave status ACA BLS EEO1 Reporting done annually other duties assigned bachelors degree equivalent preferred
