- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular hours from Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will assist with on-call duties as required, contributing to the comprehensive care provided by the practice.
- Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana State Nursing License
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
- Board Certified
- Conducting evaluations and examinations, identifying patient problems
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as EMG, EEG, labs, and CNS diagnostic imaging
- Making tentative diagnoses and decisions about patient management and treatment
- Partnering with physicians to formulate a plan of care with patient involvement
- Managing therapeutic regimes and modifying plans if necessary
- Instructing and counseling patients on prescribed medications and health maintenance
- Obtaining, compiling, and recording patient medical data electronically (Cerner)
