    Job Purpose:
    This position of

    Other Retailer Process Coordinator

    will be responsible for overseeing that work processes are going as smoothly as possible for customers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Reviewing customer routing guides and implementing proper steps within warehouse to remain compliant.
    Completes audit work paper by documenting audit tests and findings.
    Responsible for documenting all audits/photos and verifying that all orders are meeting customer requirements.
    Communicates audit finding to the operations team and facilitate retraining of associates when quality defects are identified
    Provides outstanding service to the customer by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
    Responsible for directly training and coaching employees on all customer requirements at a consignee level to attain highest operational quality and achieve specified productivity levels
    Communicates with management on any issues/concerns that are identified

    Additional Responsibilities:
    Track errors/issues and work towards implementing preventative measures to avoid customer chargebacks.
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS, and Internet Explorer.
    Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, printers, computer, etc.
    Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
    Must be flexible, a self-starter, detailed, and able to multitask and prioritize
    Experience with WMS.
    Demonstrated organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
    Able to lift up to 50lbs.
    Works cooperatively and productively with Supervisors and other Associates in order to complete tasks.
    Ability to maintain attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner. (Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.)
    Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
    Experience with RF equipment.

    Qualifications:
    Previous Warehouse experience.
    6 -12 months experience

    Education and/or Experience Required:
    High School diploma or GED.

    Language Skills Sets:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
