We are excited to welcome a Clinical Director of Hospice to lead the growing Palliative Program at Tufts Medicine Care. If you're an RN with expertise in hospice clinical operations and management, including managing a hospice house, we want to hear from you!
As the Clinical Director, you will oversee community and hospice house performance metrics, ensuring top-quality services and meeting industry standards and budget goals. We need a change agent to improve workflows, staffing, patient safety, and outcomes, working closely with the home care division leader.
