We are a growing physical therapist owned practice in Dallas, TX looking for an experienced clinic manager/physical therapist who is either board-certified in orthopedics or has advanced manual therapy skills.

In this role, the clinic manager will ensure all patients receive the highest quality of care while performing daily management and oversight of operations for the clinical facility.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and have a proven history of leading clinic staff and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of an outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Clinic manager will also provide mentorship/professional development training among staff physical therapists and will have some business development responsibilities based on relationship building with like-minded professional partners in the community.

Qualifications:
Must have clinical degree from an accredited physical therapy programMinimum of three (3) years of outpatient rehabilitation experienceMinimum two (2) years of outpatient supervisory experienceA strong understanding of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitationAbility to lead and manage clinic operationsGood organizational, verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
