    Office Manager

    San Francisco Office

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as our full-time Office Manager in our San Francisco office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including executive assistants, office management, and facilities teams.
    • Manage office functions such as duplicating, mail, reception, catering, conference services, and supplies, as well as negotiate and manage office equipment and vendor contracts.
    • Formulate and implement policies and procedures within firm-wide parameters, in consultation with SF office partners and Director of West Coast Strategy & Operations.
    • Prepare the office's annual budget submissions, in coordination with SF office partners and Director of West Coast Strategy & Operations.
    • Maintain regular contact with Accounting in New York, collaborating on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payment processes.
    • Oversee all aspects of space management, including landlord relations, maintenance, security, new office construction, and renovations.
    • Develop and implement efficient office workflows to enhance productivity and optimize resources.
    • Help maintain high morale and a strong client service ethic within the office.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Five or more years of managerial experience in a legal or professional services firm.
    • Knowledge and understanding of technology, human resources, and office operations.
    • Outstanding management and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with lawyers and administrative staff members.
    • Articulate, with excellent writing skills and oral presentation skills.
    • Proven aptitude as a problem solver with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
