- Collaborating with the design team to create unique and marketable intimate apparel designs
- Conducting research to discover new trends, color schemes, fabrics, and techniques, drawing inspiration for designs
- Implementing design strategies as per the Collection Plan
- Working with cross-functional teams to choose seasonal themes, refine product lines, and develop new concepts
- Selecting materials, trims, and construction details
- Creating tech packs using PLM software
- Ensuring accuracy of development packages by collaborating with technical designers
- Presenting design concepts, color palettes, and samples to sales teams and private label clients
- Maintaining data trackers and spreadsheets regularly
- Coordinating with overseas partners on product development and sampling requirements
- Engaging with sales teams to identify market gaps and consumer preferences
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and fittings as necessary
- 5+ years of design experience in intimate apparel or similar brand environment
- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent field
- Proficiency in garment construction, manufacturing processes, and cost analysis
- Demonstrated ability to create original design sketches and successful product lines
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the fashion industry
- Familiarity with WFX software is a plus
