Sr Manager, Digital Growth Marketing
The Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels.
The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and within your own team to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth while supporting the achievement of KPIs set by Marketing and the broader organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to website, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with content to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for digital channels.
Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing technology and tools, and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
May be required to have a valid driver's license.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google
Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEMRush, and Hubspot.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving growth and revenue through digital channels.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Compensation:
$80,000 - $98,000 per year
