- Clinic Hours – Open 7 days a week
- General Schedule – 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday; 8-hour shifts on weekends; work every other weekend (2/month)
- Limited on-call responsibilities
- Average daily patient volume of 25-30 (slightly higher during Flu/Cold season)
- Support staff includes an average of 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, and 3 Providers
- Practitioners - At least one physician is working alongside the APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift
- Must be BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
