    As part of our clinical support team, you will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to make every contact informative, productive and positive for our members and providers.

    You'll have the opportunity to do live outreach, educating members about program benefits and services while also helping to manage member cases.

    This position is full-time (40 hours/week)

    Monday - Friday.

    Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm).

    It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 674 Liberty Street Sumter, SC 29154.

    We offer weeks of paid training.

    The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.


    Training will be conducted onsite.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Scan patient information, documentation, procedures, lab results and test results into each patient's chart
    • Labeling charts by date the documentation was completed and add chart to each patient's folder
    • Follow scanner guide that provides step by step instructions on how to scan into a patient's chart and what folder the information should be put into
    • Attention to detail
    • Ensuring proper placement of all documentation that is being scanned
    • Other duties as assigned
    This is high volume environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our patients charts.


    You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.


    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, save and send documents and spreadsheets)
    • Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
    • A clerical or administrative support background
    • Call center experience
    • Experience working in a metric-driven work environment

    Soft Skills:

    • Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens
