Program Manager / Project Manager JD-
15+ year's experience in delivering large & medium sized CRM projects or programs & minimum 7 years into delivering Salesforce CRM
Strong experience in Agile way of working
Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders.
Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer.

Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue & escalation management.

Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.
Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill.
Adherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA,SOW
Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.


The ideal:

Must have project management certification.
Agile, Scrum certification will be added plus.
Must have Salesforce certifications.

Conduct pre PI planning sessions
Create and Manage environment strategy
Manage performance review and act timely to strengthen the team Manage and distribute the workload effectively across tracks and resources
Apply strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive success

Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across onshore/offshore
