- Assist students and faculty in laboratory and projects.
- Order, receive and check equipment and supplies, perform inventory control, perform minor repairs of lab equipment.
- Provide lab supports for all classes held at 16 tech, ensure safety at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare reagents and solutions following standardized protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the development and optimization of experimental protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling and disposal
- An associate or higher degree in related field.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
