    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.


    Soliant has teamed up with a school district near St Helena, CA to find a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    This is a full-time position for the current school year, working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.


    The ideal candidate for this role should have:

    • A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
    • A valid BCBA certification and California PPS license
    • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans.
    • Knowledge of evidencebased practices and data collection methods.
    • A collaborative and ethical approach to working with students, staff, and families.
